Used in prefabricated industrial/commercial structures and prefabricated car parks , the prefabricated TT slabs (often called “tile to double Tee’) are ideal for the design of spaces of large dimensions and for constructive solutions for buildings multi-storey car parks. Made of prestressed concrete, their scope is mainly that of intermediate floors in prefabricated buildings multistory buildings (offices or prefabricated car parks) is that of flat roofs in prefabricated sheds.

Brick panels are the economic solution and technologically more secure to make residential buildings by accelerating the process of laying. Can be produced both by the matching of individual joists alternated with hollow and designed in the factory, both by means of the realization of particular embodiment plates with bottom in terracotta and lightening brick or EPS.

The joists and pignatte floors are a stable and light construction solution: the joist guarantees consistency to the slab, the pinata lightens it. All solidarized with completion casting on site and to be plastered. All lattice beams are made with a terracotta bottom and a 12.5 cm high lattice. The range of interposed blocks for brick floors goes from h 12 cm to h 26 cm.

Normally the brick slab is completed on site with a concrete casting to form, above the extrados of the lightening element, a concrete slab, called caldana or upper hood, suitably reinforced (distribution reinforcement), which has the function of distributing the load between the various ribs.

The upper hood, for good executive practice, must be at least 50 mm above the upper face of the lightening elements, even if the current technical regulations require a minimum of 40 mm.

Hollow core floors allow you to quickly build reinforced concrete floors from 5 to 15 meters, with high load but with limited thickness. The rapidity of the assembly phase , the good soundproofing capacity and the low deformability for bending make it the winning choice in many residential projects, commercial or industrial.
