Reinforcement Cages preassembled

The pre-assembled reinforced concrete cages are the ideal solution to minimize the assembly time of a traditional building. Beams, pillars, partitions and plinths are first cut, then folded and finally assembled, tied and stapled with the welding machine, thus arriving on site ready to be thrown.

On request the reinforcement cages can also be formwork in the factory with disposable formwork , in order to reduce the workforce to the maximum .
The solution of the pre-assembled and pre-cased cage is ideal in the case of foundations (both plinths and inverted beams), walls against the ground, underwater foundations (e.g. plinths for marine ports), pillars (both underwater and above ground).

Formwork for reinforced concrete of last generation

Initially born as simple formworks for reinforced concrete, the evolution of formwork for reinforced concrete to become with the time of the true construction systems, by performing this not only the function of holding the concrete during the phases of casting but also that of firring.

These molds are microperforated and do not require dismantling and, once bound to the steel reinforcement, stop the concrete during the phase of casting, leaving out the grout and confining the aggregates. The result is a structural element monolithic (plinth, pillar, wall, beam, etc…) ready to be plastered in the plans off the ground or alternatively left exposed to the view in foundations or in underwater applications.

Iron reinforced concrete shaped

When the time does not allow the manufacture of iron from reinforced concrete in straight bars at the yard, opting for the shaping is the most cost effective solution and convenient.

In the center of shape cutting machines and numerically controlled bending work steel reinforced concrete delivering yard brackets, irons bent, and Ferri straight cut to size by following the specifications of the design.

Iron reinforced concrete in straight bars

Commonly called iron reinforced concrete, the technical name is steel reinforcement for concrete.

The available range of the iron straight and grouped in bundles of 6 and 12 mm, and the diameters available vary by the rods from 6 to those of diameter 32mm.
